1. When You're Eligible for a Full Refund
You are entitled to a full refund in the following situations:
- We fail to deliver your video within double the stated turnaround time (e.g. 96H for a Starter order)
- The delivered video fundamentally does not match your approved brief after unlimited revision rounds
- We are unable to produce a video in the style you ordered for technical reasons
- A duplicate payment was charged due to a processing error
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the final delivery date.
2. Non-Eligible Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind after a video has been delivered and approved
- Brief provided was incomplete, inaccurate, or changed after production began
- Dissatisfaction based on personal aesthetic preference not stated in the original brief
- Rush delivery add-on fees — these are non-refundable once production has started
- Requests made more than 14 days after final delivery
- Orders where you have already used the video commercially
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Contact us via our contact page with your order number and reason
- Include specific details about how the delivery did not meet your approved brief
- Our team will review your request within 1 business day
- If eligible, your refund will be processed within 3 business days
4. Refund Timeline
Once a refund is approved:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5–10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal: 3–5 business days
- Cryptocurrency: Refunded in USDC or the equivalent value — 1–3 business days
5. Partial Refunds
For bundle orders (e.g. 5-pack or 15-pack), if some videos were delivered and approved and others were not, we may offer a partial refund proportional to the undelivered or unsatisfactory videos.
We will always communicate clearly and work to find a fair resolution before issuing a partial refund.
